All Elmhurst’s software is professional, easy to use and Government approved and where necessary lodges EPCs in the correct Government central databases.
Elmhurst Energy produces Government approved pieces of software for the role of energy assessors. In our portfolio we have Design SAP Software - for new build dwellings, RdSAP Software - for existing dwellings and Streamline EPC Software - for Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).
For Commercial Buildings, the Government has provided free of charge, two software systems iSBEM (Interface with Simplified Buildings Energy Model) and OR (Operational Rating) Software. We are happy to interface to these and also any other Government approved third party software providers.
