As an award winning training and accreditation provider, here at Elmhurst we are always striving to provide first class products to all of our members in the evolving energy rating industry.

Well here is one for everyone!
We are proud to offer a new online floor plan drawing application that allows you to easily draw unlimited numbers of accurate and detailed floor plans. This is a simple intuitive interface that’s easy to learn and operate, giving you consistent and professional results in minutes.

 

When completed, you can email your customers the finished product, which has the option to include a link to the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and Graph.

Elmhurst Floor plan Training

We are offering a one day training course to both Elmhurst accredited and non-accredited members, to support the launch of our new software. This training will provide you with the knowledge to produce your own floor plans quickly and efficiently, using the software to its full potential.
*We do advise that all candidates undertake the training, in order for us to offer full support which will compliment the training you will have received.

Training Course Content

Working through practical exercises using the floor plan software

  • Familiarisation of the functions available within the software
  • Learning how to create basic and complex floor plans
  • Learning how to amend existing floor plans
  • Learning how to access demonstration areas within the software
  • Use of a laptop for the day

The Floor plan training also provides you with your annual 5 hours CPD requirement! (Applicable to DEAs and NDEAs only)
