Housing Stock Profiling Software

Now you can manage the energy efficiency of housing stock and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) production through Streamline EPC. Streamline is based on the latest RdSAP methodology and utilises intelligent stock profiling and reporting, including, easy identification of groups of properties where energy efficiency improvements can be made. Essentially, Streamline EPC is a robust and simple storage method for housing stock owners, reporting on average SAP ratings, fuel bills and CO2 emissions across property portfolios.

Getting Started
In order to ensure a seamless transition of Streamline EPC into your organisation, we would initially work with you and your team to organise a complete demonstration of the product with one of our consultants. During the set-up process of Streamline EPC, you would have accesss to our fully qualified Support Team, this remains a constant feature while you are a Streamline user.

Training
We offer two levels of training for the system. The first is a half day training course for your internal staff to use the system for data entry etc. . .
The second, a 3 day course to train your internal staff as Accredited Domestic Energy Assessors to enable them to produce EPCs from Streamline. Please note, as a Government approved Energy Accreditation body we are able to supply you with a list of Accredited DEAs who would be able to undertake EPCs in your area.
