Elmhurst is always looking for opportunities for their valued assessors to progress their EPC businesses and stay ahead of the fast progressing market. Elmhurst having reviewed the software and considered the benefits that it brings their assessors have decided to team up with Graebert. This will improve the standard and profitability of the EPC assessments carried out by their accredited assessors, whilst aiding Elmhurst’s auditing process.

Graebert GMBH has an ongoing development plan for its Mobile CAD Software –SiteMaster to ensure that the process of survey is always optimised to produce near finished results in the field with accuracy; speed and no additional visit with one aim in mind, to reduce overheads and increase the profitability of the surveyor.
Over the last 18 months, Graebert GMBH has been lucky enough to work with footPRINT Energy Assessments Ltd and Whitecroft Green Ltd, two firms of forward thinking and dynamic Level 3 and Level 4 certified assessors. They have helped develop an excellent solution by linking the data capture process directly into the Mobile CAD Software producing correct zoning, linking to the .nct database to produce a complete EPC ready for submission from the field if needs be.
What this means for the assessor is there is no more:
- Double creation of sketches to work out areas and zones once back at the office
- Laborious double data entry input into the iSBEM engine in the back office
- Additional data collection such as photographs linked to the CAD Plan, Voice Notes instead of writing copious notes on site, increasing the speed and accuracy of the survey
- Going back on site to check the property if errors occur on the reproduction of the drawing, the automatic check to ensure the building drawn is “as built”
Plus Graebert SiteMaster EPC gives the surveyor:
- Accurate CAD Plans potential for new revenue streams without increasing the workload
- Improved “Work Life Balance” (all the work done on site and not late into the night)

Elmhurst will be supporting Graebert with a number of free Demonstration days starting the 20th October 2010 at their offices in Lutterworth allowing their Accredited Energy Assessors the chance to question and review the Graebert SiteMaster EPC product which will ensure that the solution is the right one for their business.
Elmhurst will now offer in conjunction with Graebert a free .dwg compatible CAD engine currently marketed at €495 for each assessor that decides to take their EPC business one step ahead of the game and begin using Graebert SiteMaster EPC.
