Streamline-EPC Software
Streamline, the best selling Stock Profiling System from Elmhurst Energy has been updated to combine the latest RdSAP2005 methodology (soon to be SAP2009) with stock profiling.
Streamline-EPC will not only allow you to produce and lodge EPCs, but also retain that data to update your stock reporting functionality into one convenient on-line system.

Streamline-EPC Software demo
This demo will take you through the main fetures of the Streamline-EPC software, while providing a brief supporting explination of each feature.
Properties
All your existing energy data can be imported into Streamline-EPC and updated with RDSAP data as you lodge EPCs through the system. Logging onto the software displays a Properties screen showing your entire stock. The reference number, address details and overview of the properties currently stored in the database.
You can select a property and either lodge an EPC or edit the current infomation held on that property. The system diplays all the RDSAP input data, page by page (as seen on the page navigtation bar above the Survey details), that can be changed and recalculated to improve the SAP rating and hence the stock profile report.
Administration
The system has two levels of access, an Administrator with full access and any number of Users with more limited access. Each user of the system is set up by the Administrator enabling them to control those who can access the database. Each user has a password to access the system and will be able to view any work that has been requested for action.
A User can only change their own password as required to improve security, but the Administrator has access to all user passwords.
Reporting
The Reports tab gives access to a number of pre-set management information reports. These reports can be exported into Excel or as a CSV file so that users can manipulate the data as required. 
The reports allow the user to ‘drill down’ into the data, for example the Loft Insulation report shows all properties with a certain amount of loft insulation. Clicking on the underline insulation value provides a list of the addresses of all properties with that amount of insulation. 
You are also able to filter the properties within the database before reports are run to tailor the reports to your individual needs.
Panel Functionality
Within Streamline-EPC you are also able to instruct internal or external surveyors to complete a survey on a property by using the panel management functionality. This is an easy way for you manage and monitor work. An internal surveyor can be instructed to complete a property survey and it will appear in the Requested Surveys list when they next log in to the streamline software.
Alternatively when an external surveyor is select the property details will appear in their Elmhurst member’s area ready for completion and you are able to track the process of the survey.
