We have more than 4000 Accredited Energy Assessors in the UK across our schemes and are the largest energy assessor training and Accreditation body in the UK. Regulations applying to new buildings due to come in to force on 1st October 2010 and a revised Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) being signed during the course of this year, which will apply to both new and existing buildings.
At Elmhurst Energy we provide professional, affordable Scottish Government approved software, alongside training for both new and existing buildings. We have signed a protocol with the Scottish Government which enables members of our scheme to produce legally valid Energy Performance Certificates for both existing domestic and commercial buildings.
